Learning from Others

As another school year comes to a close, I am reminded of the importance to share instructional strategies with other colleagues. The Assistant Principals Academy has afforded me the opportunity to share ideas and learn from others' experiences. I believe that visiting classrooms and observing other teaching methods is vital to improving instructional delivery within one's own classroom. My internship this spring has allowed me to do the same by observing another administrator at an elementary school. I am reminded this year that arrogance is the belief that one knows all and cannot learn from another professional.

Riverdeep

Although I have read blogs in the past, it is now that I join the movement to create one for myself.  This blog is intended for professional use; however, I am apt to including some personal information at times.  Question for today- How do you use Riverdeep?
